CPT on the move in Houlton

County Physical Therapy, LLC (CPT) is excited to announce that as of October 1, 2017 it has moved its outpatient clinic in Houlton, and is now seeing patients at 98 Bangor Street, alongside the home of Harbison Plumbing.

The new location provides an increase in usable treatment space by more than 50%, which will create a more inviting and functional area for treatment and rehab exercises.

In addition to the larger treatment area, the new location offers an increase in private exam rooms, and an improvement to the layout and patient flow, including the parking and street access.  Along with some new equipment, Clinic Director and Physical Therapist Peter Madore is excited about the move.  “This is a big upgrade in our facility.  Feedback and reaction from patients has already been very positive.”

CPT has been providing physical and occupational therapy and other rehab services in Aroostook County since 1987, and has operated a clinic in Houlton since 2001.  “We had outgrown our previous space at 4 North Street in Houlton,” according to CPT General Manager Richard Ezzy.  “We feel the new location will be more comfortable not only for the patients, but for our employees as well.”

“We realize that patients have a choice as to if and where they get therapy.  We already have a great team of caring and experienced therapists in place, and now we have a top-notch facility to go along,” Ezzy stated.  Ezzy added that while CPT will not initially increase their staffing at the new location, CPT now has the space and equipment to react to demand much more easily.
