About the Clinic
The Madawaska County Physical Therapy clinic opened in May of 1999 and has been a thriving clinic ever since. Launched as the third of what are now 6 clinics, CPT recognized a growing demand for high quality physical therapy services to residents of the St. John Valley. Specializing in sports and industrial rehab, we also treat a wide variety of acute and chronic orthopedic as well as general rehabilitative conditions.
This 5,000 sq. ft. facility is located at 460 Main Street in Madawaska, ME. We are situated on the ground floor in the gymnasium space of the old Acadia School building. The clinic area is a bright and open space, along with two private exam rooms and privacy curtains in our general treatment area. There is elevator access to all floors in the building, and all rooms are handicap accessible. With a welcoming smile to greet you, our highly experienced and trained staff are ready to assist you in your recovery.
