Sharman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 1996. She has been employed by County Physical Therapy since 1996 specializing in outpatient orthopedics.
Through continuing education courses she has become a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Sharman has also become certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations.
