County Physical Therapy is now offering an Athletic Development Program to area high school athletes. The Athletic Development Program is a series of pre-season sports training camps that begin six to eight weeks prior to the start of a sports season. The program will focus on general cardiovascular and strength exercise while incorporating sport-specific activities. The goal of the program is to better prepare an athlete entering a sports season by giving him/her the ability to train before the actual start of the season. The early training will also decrease the chance of injury to the athlete during the season. The program consists of hour long training sessions that are offered three times a week.
